The Gates Foundation supports our work with the College Success Foundation, connecting student coaches with new students.

The Petrie Foundation funds Nearpeer’s transfer pathway programs at Lehman College and John Jay College as part of a City University of New York (CUNY) Central initiative to increase transfer student engagement and retention.

The Lilly Endowment has helped fund our partnership with the MINDful College Connection consortium in Indiana, which includes DePauw University, Butler University, Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, and Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College.

The Lumina Foundation has made our work possible with the Southern Illinois University System to increase retention and reduce barriers for first-gen and low-income students.

The State Council of Higher Education in Virginia (SCHEV) funds our work at Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU). Students using Nearpeer at VCU have higher student retention, fewer academic red flags, and are more likely to access needed campus resources, such as tutoring.

The Office of the Chancellor of the California State University System has provided grants to individual campuses to jump-start our work on first-year, transfer, enrollment, and success initiatives.
